Scheduled Parking Account Outage

UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) would like to inform customers that the parking software, T2-Flex (“Flex”) that is used to track customer’s parking accounts (e.g. permits, wait lists, vehicles, etc.) is moving to a webhosted environment. This migration is required by our software vendor and should provide an overall improvement in on-line services.

The database migration, which will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 and is expected to take up to five (5) days. During the outage, customers will not be able to access their parking accounts and will not have access to online services such as citation payments, citation appeals, permit purchases, permit waitlists, permit waiver requests, etc.

Please be aware that over-the-counter services will still be available at PATS’ parking offices – located at 2401 Redondo Dr. NE. 

Access to Flex should be restored by no later than 7:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
