PEP – We’re in the home stretch!

January 2019 - February 2019

  1. Manager completes employee evaluations for all direct reports
  2. Manager meets individually with direct reports
  3. Manager signs evaluation
  4. Employee signs evaluation

The deadline for PEPs to be completed is March 1st

  1. “Complete” means that they are filled out and rated, that the in-person meeting has occurred and that both the employee and supervisor have electronically signed.
  2. Once complete, UNM HR will extract the scores from UNMJobs and automatically load them into Banner. You do not need to print and route paper PEPs anywhere.
