For the Spring Semester, Huining Kang, PhD, Jeremy Chien, PhD, Yan Guo, PhD and Li Luo, PhD, will be teaching Introduction to Genomic Data Analysis.
This graduate course covers all three major aspects for genomic data analysis: biological background, basic knowledge of bioinformatics for genomic data processing and common statistical methods used to analyze genomic data. The goal is to help students to understand the basic concepts of genomics and enable students to analyze and interpret the high-throughput data generated by modern genomic technology.
